Western Wisconsin Soccer is excited to partner with Training HAUS to offer Performance Training sessions exlusive to our middle and high school aged athletes.  See below for information and registration.

At Training HAUS, sports performance is the platform for athletic development. Our team of experts are committed to building a total athlete, while reducing the risk of injury through individualized evaluation and program design. Every athlete is challenged and empowered to identify, pursue, and achieve their personal goals.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Soccer is a demanding sport that requires players to be agile, fast, strong, and able to have the endurance to perform all match long. Our objective during the “off-season” phase of our program will be to improve these key performance attributes. We’ll begin by getting in the weight room to build our full-body strength. Possessing that strength will allow us to turn our attention to targeting those attributes that result in improved athleticism – quickness, agility, and speed. We will teach techniques to help optimize our ability to decelerate and accelerate on the field putting us in position to either create time/space (offensive strategy) or limit time/space (defensive strategy). By focusing on, and optimizing, our key performance attributes, we will be developing every one of us into durable and resilient athletes who will be able to compete at the highest level all game and all season long.

PROGRAM DETAILS:

Training Block: Phase 2 | 8 sessions
*    Due to the variability of when spring break takes place, we are offering 8 sessions for the price of 7!
•    Cost: $122.50
•    Training Location: Training HAUS Hudson | 2651 Hillcrest Drive, #001, Hudson, WI 54016
•    Schedule:
      Middle School Group (6th – 9th Grade*) | Mondays, 5:00pm – 6:15pm
      March: 3/3, 3/10, 3/17, 3/24, 3/31
      April: 4/7, 4/14, 4/21

      High School Group (8th – 12th Grade*) | Tuesdays, 5:00pm – 6:15pm
       March: 3/4, 3/11, 3/18, 3/25
       April: 4/1, 4/8, 4/15, 4/22

*Because some teams have both 8th and 9th graders on them, we are granting flexibility to those athletes to train whenever their teammates are training*

Step #3: Complete your registration by filling out your account details and placing your order.

• Use the athletes name and date of birth for account creation.

• If your athlete already has an active Training HAUS account through Mind Body, do not create a new account. Instead, select SIGN IN and place your order. Please Note – if your family has more than one athlete, you must create individual Training HAUS accounts with a unique email on each athlete profile. Our software does not currently support family accounts.
